As part of Gwenda Jones’ equine series, celebrating a lifelong passion for horses, Equs honours not only the majesty of the horse, but also the enduring relationship between horse and human—one that has shaped our past and continues to shape our future. Inspired by cherished years spent with her own horses, this sculpture is a tribute to that profound bond, celebrating the timeless, often unspoken connection built on trust, companionship, and mutual understanding.
